01 / YOUR WARDROBE

Start small.
Build from there.

Do I need to add my whole wardrobe?

No. Start with a top, a bottom, and shoes, or a dress and shoes. In Wardrobe, choose Add a piece. You can enter details without a photo and add more clothes whenever you like.

Today can suggest outfits without an AI account.

Can I add several photos at once?

In Wardrobe, choose Add multiple photos / resume batch. Select up to 20 photos, check each piece’s suggested category and colors, and save the reviewed pieces. You can return to an unfinished batch later.

The wardrobe currently holds up to 500 pieces. Save your reviewed pieces before exporting a wardrobe backup; unfinished batches are separate.

Can I scan a clothing label?

If your build includes label scanning, open a piece’s Label details and choose Scan a label or Choose label photo. Check the suggested brand, size, fabric, care text, and style code, then save the piece.

This feature reads printed text on your iPhone. It does not identify barcodes or interpret care symbols. Check the original label before following care instructions. Some beta builds may not include this feature yet.

02 / YOUR AI STYLIST

Let’s get you
connected.

How do I sign in and start the AI preview?

Open Plan → Account & membership. Choose Create account the first time, use the email invited to the AI preview, and verify the code sent to your inbox. Returning users can choose Sign in.

Save enough pieces for an outfit, then choose Start my stylist preview. AI access is enabled separately from your TestFlight invitation, so use the email approved for both or contact the person who invited you.

My sign-in code hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

Check the spelling of your email and your spam folder. Wait at least a minute before requesting another code, and use the most recent code you receive.

If you were given a tester password, you can choose Use a tester password instead. If neither option works, send beta feedback with the error message. Do not include your password or sign-in code.

What is included in the beta AI preview?

Invited accounts receive up to 10 successful AI replies over 14 days, starting when the preview is activated. Follow-up messages count toward the allowance. The preview does not start an automatic payment.

Your wardrobe and Today outfit suggestions remain available when the AI preview ends.

The stylist isn’t connecting or the advice feels off.

Check your internet connection, then refresh membership in Account & membership. If a request times out, retry the same message. Your saved wardrobe remains available on your phone.

For more useful advice, correct the clothing categories and colors, check your style preferences, and tell the stylist what you would change. The AI uses descriptions and messages, rather than inspecting your wardrobe photos.

03 / BACKUPS & PRIVACY

Keep what
you’ve put together.

How do I back up my wardrobe or change phones?

Open Plan → Backups & recovery → Export backup and save the file somewhere you can find again, such as Files or iCloud Drive. Use Check a backup file to validate your saved copy without replacing your wardrobe.

On the new phone, import that backup. Importing replaces the current wardrobe; it does not merge two wardrobes. Signing in alone does not restore your clothes or photos.

Install updates over your existing app. Export a backup before deleting the app or changing phones—local recovery copies are stored with the app.

Are my clothing photos sent to the AI?

Wardrobe and label photos are stored on your device and included in the backups you export. The stylist receives clothing descriptions, preferences, selected context, and messages after you allow AI styling.

Read the privacy policy for details about accounts, AI requests, and your choices.

How do I delete my account or wardrobe data?

Plan → Account & membership → Delete my account removes your online account records, subject to the limited retention described in the privacy policy. It leaves the wardrobe on your phone.

Plan → Delete all my data clears the local wardrobe, photos, drafts, and recovery copies. Any backup files you previously exported remain wherever you saved them. Account deletion and local data deletion are separate actions.

One piece at a time.
We’re glad you’re here.
